Pros

Easy, relaxed, great regulars and above average income for serving in this area.

Cons

Worst, meanest and most diabolical co-workers you could ask for. The other girls who work there are out for blood.

Pros

When sport games are on there is high potential to make great money if you are motivated and organized. Can build up regulars if you have good attitude. ALWAYS take credit cards and/or ID's-don't get stuck with the tab. Management and/or cops will take care of customers who get out of hand. There is potential to move up from waiter to bartender and/or key and sometimes to higher management. If you are wanting experience with bartending or management- work hard and show up to work.

Cons

Working doubles happens a lot during football season. It is great for the money but also very exhausting. As with almost all waitress/bartending jobs, you never know how much you will make and bad days do happen with a crappy section or sucky customers. I don't consider this a con of the restaurant itself, just a con of waiting on people in general. As with any waiting job, coworkers can suck and not do their share. Tell management and tell them again if behavior doesn't change. They can't try to fix what they don't see or hear and lazy coworkers are bad for a team.
