Pros
Exposure: As it is a service based company, you will get exposure to various tech stacks. Once you come out of the company, you'll be more confident than ever. Overall growth: Rapid and restless development process. As a fresher you will learn a lot of things. You will also get a chance to handle some resources if you are capable enough at an early stage only. Client Engagement: You will be directly involved in the client at a very early stage. If your client is a technical person, you will get a lot of insights from him. Or else you will learn the client handling part anyhow. HR Dept: They are very responsive. Fun Friday: Sometime once in a while there will be a fun Friday but you might miss it due to the client call. Annual Events: Company organises some sport tournament and stage performances where you can participate. Best part: Flat hierchy. Everyone in the company from HR to Lead, manager, employees from other project, CEO, CTO etc are easily approachable. Open work culture, do you work and no one will point you out (depends on the manager or lead).
Cons
Bond: 2 years for freshers and 1 year for experienced. Not everyone likes bond. Work timings: The time might vary project to project but the bad part is that anyhow you will have to complete the 9 hours inside the office. Too fast deployment: As a fresher you'll be deployed to the project very early (It is a pros actually) Leave policy: Leave policy is too worst. You will get only 12 paid leaves in a year that's it. 1 leave will be credited in each month and if you don't use it for 3 months, your leave will be encashed in the salary. Compulsory WFO: You need to work from office for 5 days. It is mandatory. In case of emergency you will get the WFH but not for too long. Less Salary: You will be offered comparatively less salary than market standards: Lack of experience in the team: Most of the employees leave after completing 2 years of bond period, hence it's very rare that you will find any employee more experienced than 2 years in your team. It bring a lot of technical difficulties but also gives a fresher an opportunity to learn on it's own and become self dependent.
