Pros
I met some people truly interested in changing people's lives through education.
Cons
Half the managers have no experience and it shows. Lots of nepotism; promoting employees with no experience into highly responsible positions. The percentage of people actually graduating and getting employment is almost fraudulent. If you are a part-timer expect no feedback or guidance. BTW, all the delivery is from part-timers. The company hires these "experts" often with less programming or domain knowledge than the students. Pay rates are also very low which is why they hire the incompetent. In fact very few professional educators exist in the organization. Lots of millennials who believe they know what they are doing but lack experience and any humility. The whole company is one giant "fake it till you make it".
