      Pros

      The environment is very entrepreneurial. As a cofounder, it's pretty much impossible for me to not be bias or say good things about the company.

      Cons

      Long hours during development sprints.

      Helping people is what I live for and this program helped me help others.

      Low pay but that's not really a con. A lot of travel may be the only con.
