      you will get hired, they have NO applicants CEO Job Performance, Joe Jaigobind is horrible = a total waste of time

      Cons

      you will make no money - Think Equity only gets bad deals that can not close, you will burn your reputation and nobody will hire you - clients are pissed off because Think Equity can not close deals

      Platform is built for growth. Tons of deal flow and product offerings to bring to your relationships. Very supportive leadership. CEO is very accessible. Beautiful offices. Great people.

      If you aren’t the type that can work at a very high level consistently, you will fall behind.
