Pros
I have worked at Think Direct Marketing for almost five years and value the opportunity to work from home. My Supervisor and Management team are professional and being part of a smaller team and team chat helps motivate and gives the feel of being in an actual office. Team members and daily spiffs help motivate and keep momentum high and have some fun doing it. I find the company's culture to be positive and information always shared in a timely manner and employees have flexibility, not micro-managed
Cons
As with any Customer Service/Sales position, some days are challenging to stay focused for a full shift taking back to back calls.
