Everyone here is incredibly kind and supportive, the work is very rewarding and engaging, and you are encouraged and supported in developing your skillset by management. Definitely the most supported and valued I've ever felt in a work environment. The benefits are great as well, plus the team is very fun and easygoing.
Cons
I can't think of anything, it's been a dream first job.
