Pros
The People - In "Front" were great to work with. Polite, Helpful, Easy To Work With, and Supportive.
Flexibility - As long as you do your job, you can come in earlier/later and schedule your work accordingly.
Cons
The People - In "Back" were not great to work with. Constantly Complaining, Negative Attitude, Always Late, Usually Drunk or High.
TOO Flexible - People in the back take advantage of this flexibility, and don't even accomplish what they're paid to do. Management slaps them on the wrist, but ultimately allows it.
Def Ears - Management will constantly ask for new ideas to further improve the company, but when given numerous ideas they're unwilling to try them.
The Pay - You WILL be under paid. You will also be promised many opportunities of bonuses and raises that never come to fruition.
Blame Game - On top of all this...those who actually work hard and truly care for the company will be blamed for any failures or faults. Any praises you get are unfortunately short-winded, as it's usually followed up with "but you're not doing well enough".
