Toxic work culture - Extremely stressful, Underpaying, Demotivating - Anonymous employee Think Design Employee Review

Work is heavy & pay is less. Stress is high due to unrealistic deadlines. So many deductions in an already underpaying salary. Employee feedback is totally ignored. They even charge for tea/coffee. No employee benefits at all. Salary deduction if you come late but they expect you to work late and on weekends without any compensation . Very difficult to get leave or permission to leave early even in case of emergency. No Work from home policy but they expect you to get the work done even when you’re not in a position to be physically present in the office. Toxic work culture.
