Pros
Great people, I genuinely felt like everyone there really cared about my success not just at Thinix, but also outside of work.
Hours are very flexible when in school, anytime I had an exam/othwr commitments, they were so understanding and worked with me every single time.
The experience is phenomenal.. so much hands-on experience that is only limited by your skill level, as you improve, you have plenty of opportunities to pick up harder tasks.
I loved this internship so much. The bar is so high going forward.
Cons
The training contains a lot of watching videos and some seem a little unrelated at times, but that could definitely be improved in the future.
The pay is slightly below average, but nothing egregious
