Pros
- good team, played their roles very well
- strategic office, near with food courts and public transport
- depending on the department, your team lead can be very understanding and mindful
- have a lot of opportunities to learn new things aside from your domain.
Cons
- some of the new head/managers has on paper experience, but it doesn’t translate anything when working here. Only keeps on bragging and comparing everything to their past projects
- have a lot of unnecessary technical meetings without having common goals or solution at the end of it
- office politics, corporate style might be turned off for some people esp exec.
- not quite rewarding in terms of benefit, on paper it seem that it had a lot, didn’t see it on the execution
