Very Little (Pros greatly outweighs any cons)

There is a lot of upside potential with the business itself creating great opportunities for anyone joining the team. There is a lot of creative freedom, but one has to be careful to stay on track!

There are no standard procedures for accomplishing many tasks. This makes things a bit disorganized but upper-management is taking the appropriate steps to organize everything.
