      collaboration when it was under Emerson umbrella

      Cons

      they are now called Sensience when Emerson sold it to One Rock and everything changed since then, a lot of employees were let go even then most knowledgable people by the CEO

      Opportunities to make an impact and advance your career if you can navigate the chaos and wait out the high turnover.

      Cons

      Expectations change constantly. They can't keep good people. Too many stupid rules. People calling the shots are misinformed and out of touch. HR enforces your typical ESG regime.
