-Snacks and Drink provided with the occasional food trucks. -Feel as one of the team members. From supervisors up to the CEO. -Willing to work with you regarding scheduling and flexibility for those who have kids. -Hybrid work schedule. -Extensive onboarding training that has you feeling confident once you are taking call solo. -Plenty of benefits to cover all that may come in life. -Awesome PTO policies. -Major holidays are paid time off to spend time with your family. -Very welcoming to LGBTQIA+ (I do not feel I need to hide my true self). -Work supplies are provided. -Great IT team for all PC issues that may occur. - Supervisors are helpful and quick to respond when needed. -Clean and well-kept work environment. -Area around the building is clean and properly maintained. -Managers and Supervisors have your back with unruly customers.

Cons

-Due to the nature of the job, you will come across some unruly customers. -Hotel seating in office which can lead to different desks daily. (I like to have my desk decorated)

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. Management makes employees feel valued and appreciated, which has stood out to me compared to other companies I’ve worked for. The company also offers an excellent work-life balance, and the pay is decent. Overall, it is a rewarding and supportive place to work.

Cons

No major cons from my experience. There can be occasional busy periods, but the overall work environment and support from management have been positive.

Pros

Great team culture which encourages closely working together and those with more experience teaching and helping new hires. Great healthcare, dental, and 401k benefits Good opportunities for long term careers Work from home allows for flexible schedules and less time and money spent on driving and gas. Teams always open for feedback on how to improve Fun team building exercises which make you feel like part of a family and not just a working team.

Cons

Quickly expanding company means growing pains, shifts to SoA, new hires, refactoring into Angular and simultaneous development of new features can lead to quickly out of date documentation and unexpected issues which block work items.
