Very supportive management. Owners genuinely care about the team, not just about making money, and want to help the team achieve their goals and grow. As a purely virtual company, it's very nice not to have to commute to the office. Micromanagement doesn't exist here; the team trusts each other to do what needs to be done. So much opportunity to learn and grow here. Therapy Flow is a great fit for people who want to grow and create their own career path (with help, of course); this is not the kind of place for people who want a cushy job.

While it's nice not to have a commute to the office, that means it's more challenging to build relationships with coworkers.

This is a small company that makes every voice count and be heard. I feel seen, appreciated, welcomed and valued. My opinion is respected, my time is also respected. Not once have I cried!

Truly, I can not think of one. It's a small newer company so we are growing and growth comes with change. Its not a con but you have to be open to learning and growing
