      It is a stable job if you become valuable to the site you work for. You will always have hours to work if you are a “good” BT.

      Cons

      The work environment could be toxic at times and they will overwork you if they see you have a good work ethic.

      Best training done by the most experienced SLP’s who are dedicated to helping families and clients. I learned a lot of different methods for tx, supervisors always supported me, and the pay was great. Also VERY PROFESSIONAL

      Cons

      Commuting was challenging for me after starting my own family.
