Pros

Employees are hardworking, very friendly, and care about each other, unlike members of the Board. Unfortunately, that is about it.

Cons

Unprofessional and immature behavior from the "Board" during meetings and client visits. Crazy workload and low pay. Lack of employee appreciation until an employee resigns. Human Resources is a joke. Silly job titles/promotions that make employees act like they are more important than they really are, outdated salaries, very very very behind on technology, and an extremely HIGH turnover rate.

Pros

As a new hire, I've been genuinely impressed with the smooth and welcoming onboarding process. The training is well structured and expectations are clear. Everyone from leadership to colleagues have been supportive and willing to help. It's a mission driven organization with people who truly care about the work and each other. I am excited to grow and feel confident I joined a great team.

Cons

Systems and processes are still evolving. It takes time to learn where everything is located.

Pros

There are some dedicated, talented employees who genuinely care about their work and each other.

Cons

As a longtime employee who consistently went above and beyond to support company objectives, it became clear that management does not value or appreciate their people. Micromanagement is the norm, and decisions are often made without considering how they affect employees. The environment is stressful, empathy is lacking, and recognition is virtually nonexistent. Even a simple “thank you” or acknowledgment of a job well done is rare — yet those small gestures make a huge difference. Timelines are frequently unrealistic, and when employees resign or are let go, the expectation is that remaining staff will absorb the extra workload without support. This creates burnout and unnecessary pressure. After years of commitment, I left the company without receiving so much as a thank you or well wishes, which says a lot about the culture.
