      Learn a lot, opportunity to grow fast, responsibility-taking is encouraged. Rigorous methodology that yields results. Everyone is helpful and benevolent.

      Cons

      Most projects aren't very exciting, and it's almost impossible to choose where you'll be staffed. I predict you'd stagnate after 3-4 years of experience there.

      Lots of innovation, very interesting projects, ability to rapidly progress, management trusts you to take ownership of what you are passionate about.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable with the fact that you will wear different hats and confident to take ownership of tasks outside of your comfort zone
