Pros
Challenging unique workspace with great benefits and flexibility. Opportunities to cross train but you have to make it happen.
Cons
No formal 90 day review. Hard to justify promotions/raise when there isnt much to do. Cross department communications are poor. When there's no work be wary of furloughs. Lots of diversity, but lots of poor attitudes.
