Poor management Poor HR services No WFH allowance No leave policy No concept of earned leaves No proper SW life cycle is followed They say flexible hours in interview, but it's actually 8 hours mandatory Daily effort usually goes above 10 hours and no one cares No proper appraisal system They make you work on weekends without prior information and no compensation off is given No compensation for working overtime or weekends Technical Managers have no right to defend for their teammates Advice from juniors are not considered at all Freshers please don't even think to join this company
