      Pros

      they hire for culture, or used to, so most of the people are really cool. The benefits package is pretty good too.

      Cons

      Since the CEO Tony stepped back then passed away, the company has been through a handful of executives. They can't seem to find their groove which leads to endless strategy changes, bringing in people who are not a culture fit just to make money, and ultimately losing what was special about the company to begin with.

      Great culture and supportive work environment, Direct supervisor was fantastic and very supportive

      Changes in the company led to the studio closing.

      Good benefits Great colleagues WFH options

      Cons

      After the CEO stepped down the company lost its vision and the culture has been ruined. Additionally, the hiring of a few upper management individuals drove out a large number of hard working and dedicated employees
