      Competitive pay, lots of opportunities, lots of facilities and hospitals, many different specialties, lots of opportunity for contracts if interested, if full-time also eligible for full benefits

      Pros

      Overnight staff was awesome, The option to make your own schedule, Daily Pay is available.

      Cons

      Lack of effective communication, If your are a very passionate and dedicated employee you won't last long. You are meant to go in each facility to have you head down, stay to yourself, not report anything that has your license in question. All there worried about is making money .
