      The treatment of the employees and there was no direction and horrible communication.

      Pros

      It is a great environment. I love the way everyone helps everyone learn and help the communities affected by disasters. They provide wonderful opportunities.

      Cons

      Don’t have as many benefits as I’d like - there is no paid maternity leave as other similar sister companies. They should also hire more bilingual staff.
