      Pros

      More experienced workers share lots of tips and tricks.

      Cons

      Very low pay and extremely heavy work load. A very unrealistic expectation of goals and work production. You will eat and sleep work. Compensation discussions are largely avoided until you ask to discuss. Do not expect to receive a surprise raise.
