Pros
Fast paced work environment. Always training employees and providing advancement opportunities. I started as a sales rep and was able to earn a district managers position. Couldn't be more grateful for the opportunities that have been awarded to me.
Cons
As a district manager, my role has so many challenges that come with being in retail sales. It can be overwhelming at times, but there is a ton of support to help keep me on the right track. So the con would be stress, but that comes with any sales environment.
