      - strong team of employees, makes you feel like you are working with the best in the industry. - you get what you put in, I worked long hours but felt very personally rewarded and appreciated. - supportive uplifting environment - get to wear gym clothes to work! - from the CEO down a great place to work

      - expectations feel very heavy at times - company is always pushing growth, you have to run to keep up with the pace
