Pros
Opportunity was there to make it big. After all, it is was one of the fastest growing retailers in the country and they held their own for quite some time.
Cons
Not that it's the only place that this happens, but VSI truly became a place where being part of the Senor Management clique was the only way you were going to survive. It's a shame what has happened to this once great organization.
