Low pay Upper management no support

Decent hours, decent pay, assuming you're in a management position.

Lack of bonuses, and the heavy focus on 'The Shoppe' , customer service method was heavily lacking and only succeeded in making customers uncomfortable. I was told numerous times that it felt too pushy and made people hesitant to shop there.
