      Pros

      Flexible time table, I imagine it would be good if your a student or just looking for some extra cash.

      Cons

      No lesson plans, some of the courses don't even have a syllabus. Training provided is poor, no training was offered when we had to move online last year. All training hours and meetings are unpaid but are still mandatory. When online classes were required due to COVID-19 restrictions teachers were not payed when students didn't show up. Travel costs not covered in a meaningful way.

      Great schedule when you start beginning of academic year. All lessons are in one area a day.

      Cons

      No cons for this company, do your job and be on time, always ask for help if you need it as there is a lot of support.
