I have been with The Trusted Toolbox for 12 years and truly enjoy working here. The team has a strong family like atmosphere and we make it a point to have fun while staying productive. The owner places a high value on company culture and employee morale, which creates a positive and supportive work environment. We also regularly plan company outings and team bonding activities that help bring everyone together.

I have no cons at this time

Good work, Good people, and company vehicles. The commission based pay for ALL employees allows you to make more if you can put out more. Also with the commission based pay it is easy to work to your own schedule. Seldom is anybody looking over your shoulder or are you wasting time until 5. If you have ever worked for yourself then this job works a bit like that and will feel right at home.

The commission based pay makes it easy to get the short end of the stick. If you get sent too many small jobs you will make very little. Also as others have said, the owner can be disingenuous at times. Make sure you get everything in writing.
