Pros
When I was hired, Trium shared five employee promises: (1) Have real impact in the world. (2) Work with people you love. (3) Earn a generous living and be properly rewarded for your contributions. (4) Have the time to focus on family, friends, and community. (5) Experience transformational personal growth and learning... and I thought no way can they actually deliver on all of this. Well, I'm three years in and they are delivering. The hiring process is rigorous, but if you get a chance to join and you're dedicated to your own growth & learning, this is the place to be.
Cons
Onboarding and learning the Trium way of doing things can be nuanced and you have to really take responsibility for your own success in the system. Not everyone succeeds, which can be stressful when you're new. And like any client services, the workload is variable – sometimes more than I feel like I can handle, but other times spacious enough to make up for the very busy times.
