It is a very difficult environment to work in. My entire time within the trade group was riddled with hostility, envy, competitiveness, hate, arrogance and ignorance. Due to such entities within what is supposed to be a professional establishment the work that would be done is circumvented. Example; I was laid off in July and fired in august so that I would have a problem collecting unemployment. Why? I've done nothing to harm anyone at this establishment. The explanation for my being fired is lack of experience, not listening to my supervisor and that I could not properly read blueprints, all lies. I have attended Brooklyn community college for architecture I could read blueprints before I was a woodworker, I've been a woodworker for over fifteen years and I am militant in pursuit of executing my responsibility. hands down the trade group is the worst. In part due to a hand full of egotistical, immature men at the helm of the floor. I needed my unemployment for I am in the process of starting my own establishment. However, I can not be stopped." An injustice to anyone anywhere is an injustice to everyone everywhere!". Peace!
