      Pros

      Good salary package and perks but that's the reason the management thinks they own you. The annual salary increase is very minor.

      Cons

      - No value for new opinions and voices. If you value customers and the impact you like to have, don’t go near TTD. - Micromanagement at any level. Jeff controls everything and doesn't give authority even to middle managers at the bottom of the organisational hierarchy. So, you can’t really change anything at TTD, whoever tried, they ended up being fired. - Toxic Culture - Lack of diversity - No value for women in leadership and tech

      Leadership in the company is tumultuous - no clear vision for growth Mass exodus of employees as of late (including C-Suite) Compensation is lower relative to others in tech Minimum time in role standards for promotions but some are immune Stock is at an all time low
