They pay the absolute lowest amount possible and don't give raises even when they said they will. There are no benefits to working here, it's just a business for them and they only want to make money. My main issue was the dentist working at the office, Dr.Sally. She treated me absolutely horribly the entire time I worked there. I had constant anxiety because of her yelling and berating me almost daily. Not sure why her attitude toward me was so horrible because she is a good dentist and patients really like her, but she is completely different with the staff members. I have so many horrible memories of working with her, she has yelled at me in ways not even my parents have before. I especially remember one comment that was made when she picked up a tissue that was dropped by a younger patient "someone like me shouldn't be bending down to pick things up." Her ego was so insanely high it was impossible to have a conversation with her. She also made fun of me a few times while she was talking to other patients right in front of me. I can't do anything but laugh and pretend it's funny but it's not and she knows what she was doing. It did not matter if I made a mistake or not, the outcome was always the same. They were having a hard time finding new employees so they tried to convince me to stay longer but I couldn't. I ended up quitting my job (thankfully) but to this day I will never forget how horribly I was treated by Dr. Sally.
