The talent boom is a great environment where you have freedom to work how you want. there's no set targets accept for your monthly Billings so it takes the pressure off. most people in the Cape Town office have been there between 2 - 4 years. CEO values the team and we do lots of fun events inside and outside the office. We get to work on global roles so it Keeps it exciting
