Easy interview process. Fast hiring and onboarding minus the background check portion.

Unfair pay. Some people were getting paid more than others and were hired on at the same time and had less experience. I was told you had to pass the probation period to get the full pay. I passed the probation period and received nothing. Some site leads are unorganized and unprofessional. Not enough equipment for students. The schedules are inconsistent and unfair.
