      Great food. Lots of days off.

      Cons

      Crazy owners. Most of the clients are okay, but full of narcissists. All their programs are stupid and can be self-taught. Company will die when their 70+ year old founder passes. Great job if you have no ambition.

      Working part-time at Strategic Coach while in school has been a fantastic experience. The team is supportive and the culture is positive.

      Flex Time, free days, hybrid schedule. Great vision set by founders.

      Cons

      Company doesn’t always follow the values that they preach. A lot of passive aggressiveness and negativity even though the company culture is so “positive.” Values don’t matter if they’re not practiced.
