Terrible Company - Manager The Stay Hub Employee Review

Senior leadership is dedicated to growth, and open-minded to support the team to facilitate that growth. There were some changes to the team last year (before my time) which I understand has helped to drastically improve the performance and culture in the company.

There is a lot of opportunity, and it can be hard to focus on a few key areas.

Good location near the city

The owner is a micro manage that spies on employees. The owner doesn’t trust or listen to his staff and has lost more staff than he has hired. There are so many systems and no processes or training. The culture is one of bullying and passing the blame, they had some really good managers like the General Manager and other execs, they don’t listen to the different managers and their expertise.
