There was an infestation of Roaches which made daily work unbearable Upper Management had terrible communication skills and played the blame game for all problems instead of working constructively to solve issues. Owner is very rude and impatient. The culture of the establishment was very unprofessional and played favorites. A lot of gossip about upper management but no resolutions or call to action. Criticism was never constructive. High retention rate Low pay Long 11 hour shifts with no real lunch break Everyone was scared to talk to Owner about problems in fear of being verbally put down. Constant fear of getting scolded for mistakes
