Pros
I have worked for The Spa for over 10 years. I absolutely love my job. The owner offers generous compensation and benefits to myself and my co-workers. Occasionally we are treated to lunch for the whole staff. We have staff parties for the holidays and are welcome to bring our significant others. The management team is wonderful and helpful, especially when we are busy. We have light general cleaning required, but nothing too strenuous. We get paid to do cleaning when we are not in a services, so that's a plus and it makes the facility look great too. I really like my co-workers, we are really like one big spa family. I get to come in twice a week for services for only $15.00. Paid holidays, paid vacations, weekly paychecks and commissions. I will probably retire from here!
Cons
The only con here is that I would like to be off for more holidays, but we are off for all major holidays.
