Pros
The Sourcery has put together a really great group of people. I can say I honestly enjoy coming in each day. I love my Team Lead, and am a little sad that she will no longer be in that role. I love that TS has allowed her to move into a new role though - we have ample opportunity to grow personally and professionally. We have some fun perks (vacation house in Napa!) and I think we have a great culture. No complaints here.
Cons
I feel like each of the 3 teams gets different information. I don't think all of the people in people management roles have experience leading teams, and I think that if I was on a different team, I would have had a very different experience. Consistency here is really important. I also feel that salaries could start higher if you come with comparable experience, but there is opportunity to grow there.
