Pros
Good pay, friendly and helpful management, A good environment, that is at first challenging but rewarding. The majority of workers through this company will be contracted somewhere else after a month of intense learning, during this term, TSI was helpful in figuring out any queries and problems with the client, whilst also planning fun social events to meet up and have a nice evening.
Cons
As its a contracting company, you lose a lot of benefits that you would have working directly for the client, overtime pay is generally frowned upon, no sick pay etc.
