      Pros

      It is amazing to get in with a company on the ground floor and help build a new brand and concept. The food can be amazing.

      Cons

      Corporate training is a mess. There is absolutely no structure. Franchisees expect one manager to hold up their entire business with promises of advancement, though there isn't any. There is absolutely no consistency from store to store due to lack of direction and management not being given what they need or deserve. The concept will not last if they don't figure out their issues and quickly.

      Pros

      As the name states, it's "simple"! I found the consistency, hierarchy, job descriptions and recipes easy to follow.

      Cons

      Pay for the area is below average in my opinion.
