Pros

Grooming and phone allowance provided

Cons

Management quality is inconsistent and lacks accountability. There is a noticeable culture of favoritism and internal grouping, which affects fairness and employee development. Training does not accurately reflect actual store operations. Feedback raised during exit interviews appears to be ignored, resulting in recurring workplace issues. Career progression opportunities are limited, and stronger leadership is needed to improve staff morale, performance, and retention.

Pros

- Decent incentive - Only work for 1-3 brands, depending

Cons

- Very toxic working environment. You will have work culture shock and likely be bullied. Prepare to be scolded or given black face. - If you’re promoting for multiple brands, also be prepared to be accused of stealing customers from other full timers. - Long working hours and must wear court shoes, please take note if you have any health concerns. - Can overhear other staff gossiping or complaining about their colleagues or even customers loudly in the store. - Very difficult to actually learn skills. You just get scolded until you eventually learn it from looking at others, hardly anyone actually teaches you.
