      Nice people and fun projects

      Cons

      Even when they are happy with your work, they don’t want to pay what they agree to pay you on the contract. You would spend your time end up talking to lawyers and going to court to get paid for the services you rendered. Apparently they have the reputation of not paying and number of people have been affected by it.

      Pros

      Genuine people who are enthusiastic about creating great work. An openminded work environment where everyone truly has a voice. Excellent work/life balance. A place where you can grow and exercise your passions both in and out of the workplace. High-profile clients make it a huge resume builder.

      Cons

      Like with any small company, you have to create your own opportunities. If you see something that needs improvement, get on it yourself. Build your case and management will support you.
