Pros

No real supervision unless you aren’t doing what you are supposed to be doing. Pretty flexible and they do blindly believe in their products.

Cons

They are so cheap it’s actually comical. No 401k and they actually laughed about that when asked during onboarding which I thought was incredible. I was with the Hisense program and anytime there was any discrepancy there would always be an aggressive call or teams message accusing us instead of looking for clarification. There was just a mass layoff and I was happy to leave when I did because as a third party this is the most poorly run team I’ve seen.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you valued the flexibility in the role and belief in the products you represented. We do want to clarify that T-ROC offers a 401(k) plan through Principal to support long-term financial planning. We also hear your concerns about communication and leadership, which is why we’ve launched programs like WeLeadU to strengthen manager support in the field. For additional feedback, we encourage you to connect with us at t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU.
