      Pros

      They will hire just about anyone because they are always so short staffed.

      Cons

      Constant staffing issues. Unreasonable goals. Managers work 7 days a week (always on call during business hours. EVEN ON PTO...). No work from home balance whatsoever. Having to deal with Walmart management (some hate your company and want nothing to do with you). Rude, unsupported upper-level management threatening your job constantly. There are too many cons to even put here to be honest.
