Meh! - Territory Account Manager The Revenue Optimization Companies (T-ROC) Employee Review

Pros

its a paycheck, flexible schedule

Cons

No direction on what exactly you are doing in Walmart locations. Expenses are taxed on regular paycheck instead of being an "expense". After taxes you barely have enough expense left over for gas. To insure myself and a child cost well over $260 PER PAY PERIOD! They force you to take on additional territory in 2hr plus markets with no added pay, mileage or compensation. Someone is always dropping the ball which causes double backing to store locations. There is no room for advanncement. Their report system is inaccurate with several complaints but still employees are held accountable for this. Your title is TAM(Territory Account Manager) but based on the job and pay you are just a glorified merchandiser sales rep trying to sell cricket phones in a Walmart because the reps working in walmart are not bought into the product. Treat this job as temporary because thats exactly how you are treated.
