Pros
Reading these reviews will make your head spin. You have to understand that T-ROC has many different programs. Some are sales reps in retail stores, some are road warrior brand ambassadors, some are short-term merchandisers, some are bike assemblers. The experience you have as an employee can be depend on the program you work for, but you need to come to T-ROC understanding that the opportunity is there. If you don't like what you're doing and want to grow your career my advice is to work hard for 6 months. Have a positive attitude. Be open with your manager with your career goals. Stay connected to the career portal. I have seen so many careers take off and I have never worked for a company with such an amazing culture.
Cons
The company is growing fast! Sometimes structure is a work in progress. The great news is that the company is very self aware of the areas where they need to improve and are actively putting plans together to provide amazing employee experiences.
