      Pros

      Friendly recruiting team, but severely lacking in your mid level management(regional and director positions) Yes men instead of leaders who will walk the walk.

      Cons

      Absolutely no stability, poor work life balance, and no bench building for future projects. You had numerous quality managers who would be tremendous assets to the company, but now are someone else's assets. Some of these people left good jobs to be a part of a growing company. Then they were looking for a job within 3 months due to the project closing. Do you really think these people will drop everything and come back?

      Although I so appreciate your taking the time to write this, I am disappointed that your experience was not a good one. We have many, many employees that have been promoted, either within the same project or on to another, and I am very proud of those numbers and employees.
